Training Journal: Frustration Point

At present, I admit I have hit a frustration point in dancing. While I am managing to hit my targets with gym training sessions (both for cardio and weight training), the dancing side has been a little infuriating with hitting a more emotional plateau after the competition intensity.

So I’ll be taking Joao Capela’s advice and taking a short break from the intensity for a week.

In the meantime, here’s a brief video to remind yourself why taking breaks are essential when you hit frustration point in your dancing.
